Modern Vintage Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient caregiver to care for an 80-year-old active female with dementia who requires 24-hour care due to her being a high fall risk inside her assisted living community. She needs assistance with showering/restroom assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, fall-risk shadowing, light meal prep, and transportation on Sundays.

**Shifts**:
**Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am**
