Overview:
**This is a part-time position.**

The primary function of our Team is to ensure that necessary physical security standards are maintained while persons not cleared are visiting secure areas of the office suites.

**MAJOR DUTIES**:

- Ensuring that visitors to the Principle have been properly processed and issued necessary identification badges and that visitors properly display identification badges at all times.
- Ensuring that visitor’s credentials (badges, forms, etc) are turned in as visitors leave the area or building.
- Remaining with visiting officials at all times while maintaining visual contact until the excused by the host office.
- Ensuring that visitors do not enter areas where they are not authorized.
- Ensuring that visitors are not carrying, or do not use, items that are prohibited in a secure area.
- Maintaining an acute awareness of possible counter-intelligence or terrorism activities.
- Providing Construction Surveillance services when required.
- Setup/breakdown Treaty Room for camera sprays, treaty signing, swearing-in, and retirement ceremonies.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Must be a US citizen with a valid US passport and possess or obtain/maintain a minimum a TS/SCI clearance.
- Minimum experience in area of physical security standards 7-10 years.
- Construction Surveillance Technician/Cleared American Guard Training (CST).
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Positive and responsive attitude.
- Team oriented in a high-profile high stress work environment.
- Excellent communications skills.
- BS / BA preferred.

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS**:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
