**Job description**:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of project technicians that will be assigned to a variety of projects that will ensure the success of day-to-day operations for our clients. You will be provided with all training necessary to ensure your success while supporting you and your team in building new/universal skills to include: N95 Mask Fit Testing, Equipment Sterilization, Chemical Inventory Audits, Environmental Service Inspections, Asset Tagging, Bio and Hazardous Waste Removal and Data Entry.

The Supervisor will work primarily within a Healthcare setting. Our projects typically start in the morning between the hours of 6:30am-4:00pm, however we may be required to work weekend or night shifts on request.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help develop, support, and facilitate the safety and compliance for our clients’ businesses and staff
- Develop close, trusting relationships with each of our clients to ensure all needs are met
- Supervise a team of project technicians

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of supervisor experience
- Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Time Management skills
- Critical Thinking
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Be able to lift and transport items up to 50lbs
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods

**Qualifications**:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
