The hours for this position will be Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 11am-11pm.

**What You'll Do**:

- Motivates Surveillance agents to remain diligent and proactive in fulfilling the responsibility to protect the integrity of Sportsbook operations, while maintaining a strong focus on providing excellent internal customer service. Ensures compliance with all Casino service and operating standards, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assists Management in implementing surveillance strategies that ensure the operational integrity and overall protection of customers, employees, and Casino assets.
- Assists in Monitoring the capability and individual performance of surveillance agents relative to Sportsbook service and operating standards.
- Facilitates daily activities of the surveillance department to ensure that all procedures and practices are followed correctly and consistently.
- Remains proactive and partners with the Security Department to take immediate action to protect customers, employees, and the assets of the property from fire, theft, burglary, assault, and other security issues.
- Prepares work schedules for surveillance agents.
- Partners with the Security Department to conduct investigations, and prepares necessary reports. Prepares purchasing requests to ensure that the surveillance department has the necessary inventory of supplies to operate effectively at all times.
- Assists Management with training and scheduling of surveillance agents. Evaluates performance of surveillance agents and consistently documents both positive and constructive feedback relative to Casino Service and operating standards.
- Performs specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of Casino operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees, and company assets.
- Operates all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, VSMS, monitors, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned.
- Observes, reports, and records all daily casino and other activity using closed circuit television monitors.
- Works in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees, and company funds and assets.
- Prepares reports as required and directed by Surveillance management.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Need**:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- At least 3 years of experience in casino surveillance or a related field preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, strong communication skills and integrity.
- Must have ability to handle stressful, volatile situations with poise and confidence. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications. Must be knowledgeable of state and local laws and regulations.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
