**Compensation: $25.00/hour**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Program Director who has a solid background in grant writing, building partnerships networking, grant reporting, setting up and executing outreach events, managing staff and ambassadors, developing curriculums for the ambassadors through the career pathways programs, attending meetings, works closely with our clinic director on outreach events to promote the clinic, and who can attend all outreach events/
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day to day operations of all programming related to BGHF
- Direct day to day supervision for BGHF programs and operations;
- Organizes and executes outreach events and workshops, and recruiting presenters;
- Recruits, selects, orients, and trains individuals as necessary for BGHF programs and operations;
- Develops program strategies to facilitate workshops/events;
- Travels to program events/workshops;
- Develops and executes strategic plans to increase awareness of BGHF campaigns, workshops, events, programs and operations;
- Develops schedules, assigning and monitoring work for programs and operations, and gathering resources to increase community partnerships;
- Resposible for writing and managing and/or assisting with sponsorships, grants and fundraising opportunities for the BGHF programs and campaigns; and
- Works collectively and cooperatively with BGHF management staff on all BGHF operations and programs including but not limited to the Ambassador program and the BGHF Clinic; and
- Responsible for managing BGHF non clinical employees/contractors in the programing department, conducting trainings, and attending all staff related meetings.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors degree in relevant field required, Masters preferred
- Experience with grant writing a must
- Experience working with a non-profit preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with administrative tasks
- Experience working in a Mental Health clinic setting preferred
- Ability to travel to offsite events, meetings, and clinics as needed is required
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
