Live Music Venue Security

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate guest needs.
Ability to work in a team to recognize, anticipate, and resolve stressful and chaotic situations and deescilate while engaging with guests and the general public.
Willingness to provide exceptional and gracious service.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Perform access control duties, including verifying age, performing bag and person checks, and verifying credentials.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred.
Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively.
Ability to assess and respond to potential security risks or threats.
Knowledge of and familiarity with theater, live music, stage, or performing arts operations is a plus.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods of time required.
Must be comfortable in extended moderate to loud levels of noise in the work environment.
Availability to work long hours, late hours, and weekend hours required.
