**Schedule: Full Time, Varied shifts.**

**Pay: $22/hr**

**SUMMARY**

Insures that Property Service Agents provide patrons, hotel guests and club members assistance with inquiries, luggage and other customer service needs while ensuring that the hotel, club and restaurant properties are guarded against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties. Promotes and follows LJBTC, Inc.'s Signature Service standards and requirements ensuring a lasting impression of exemplary service resulting in supremely satisfied and loyal members and guests.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Is able to perform all tasks of the Property Services Agent.
- Assists Property Services Manager and Property Services Supervisor with scheduling needs.
- Trains Property Service Agents on position requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Updates training guidelines as needed with Supervisors input.
- Monitor all staff to insure compliance with policies and completion of tasks during shift.
- Monitors the radio insuring calls are handled expeditiously and appropriately.
- Conduct pass-down with previous and subsequent shift leads.
- Acts as department head in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS**

Ability to read, write, and understand comprehensive correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to accurately document security related observations and incidents.

**VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS**

Ability to effectively and accurately present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, guests, members, and employees of the organization.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in English to customers, guests, members, and other employees of the organization.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

**REASONING ABILITY**

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**

All employees in this position must obtain and maintain current CPR & First Aid Training Certification.
