Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis sales associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about medical cannabis and interested in helping others discover the benefits of marijuana.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of different cannabis products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Keep the dispensary clean and organized
- Follow all legal regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products

**Skills**:

- Cash handling experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong retail sales skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide detailed information to customers
- Effective time management skills
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
