As a Catalyst Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in promoting Catalyst stores and its products within your assigned region/community. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and fostering positive relationships with potential customers. This role combines marketing, event management, and community outreach skills. This role requires the employee to maintain a positive, outgoing personality with an aptitude for creating new connections. This role requires a motor vehicle in order to travel for work.

**Gift Card Distribution**: Distribute branded gift cards and promotional materials to potential customers at designated locations, events, and cannabis dispensaries.

**Increase Catalyst Brand Awareness**:Educate customers on current promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and upcoming Catalyst events.

**Social Media Engagement and Management**: Encourage customers to follow and engage with Catalyst on social media platforms. Share exciting content and updates to increase online presence. Control store shop IG takeovers and content while working shifts.

**Content Creation**:Developing and creating content for social media. Working alongside the marketing team you will create social media content, curate content and encourage our customers to post content. Special attention will be directed towards following company guidelines and branding.

**Community Events**: Represent the company at Catalyst stores, local community events, trade shows, and cannabis industry expos. Educate attendees about our products and mission. Bring community and industry events to the Marketing team for participation.

**Data Collection**: Gather customer information for our loyalty program, and gain insight from customers about future marketing opportunities.

**Reporting**: You will be expected to keep track of your activities reporting on your workday so we can track the results of the program. You will provide weekly reports to the marketing team on your activities, successes, and challenges.

**Product Knowledge**: Become a product expert by learning about our cannabis strains, edibles, and other offerings. Share this knowledge with potential customers.

**Line Management**:Will be checking in customers when needed. Will also be expected to direct customers to either the normal check in or in store pickup lines.
- Brand Ambassador, retail, budtending, social media, marketing, or promotional experience preferred.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to responsible consumption.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Social media savvy with experience in using platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook.
- Must have reliable transportation to attend events and locations as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (in compliance with local cannabis regulations).
- 18 years of age (with valid medical recommendation)
