**Responsibilities and Duties**

Daily responsibilities will include a variety of laboratory functions ranging from client services to sample analysis. This position is responsible for sample receipt, data entry, client services, wet chemistry, microbiologic analysis and radiological testing of drinking water.

- have excellent written communication, interpersonal, social, phone and customer service skills
- achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task,
- have the ability to problem solve difficult and stressful situations,
- be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other computer and social media programs, and
- be fast and accurate when entering data
- have strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required education**:

- Degree in chemistry, science, microbiology, or related discipline.

**Required experience**:

- Minimum of two years customer service experience and/or training
- 1+ years of laboratory experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Access.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
