Arborist / Phc Tech

Ricks Certified Arborists, formerly a division of Ricks Tree Service, is experiencing unprecedented growth and looking for the right Arborist to join our team to help us continue to reach new levels in our industry.

**Here are some of the duties within a typical day as a PHC Tech**:

- Accurately identify common trees and shrubs throughout each clients landscape.
- Communicate effectively with each client and address their concerns during each visit.
- Maintaining company vehicle(s) and equipment to ensure proper working condition, safety and cleanliness.

**What we’d like to see from you**:

- An eagerness to learn, effective communication skills and ability to follow direction.
- Ability to work independently and safely in various weather conditions.
- Experience within the Tree & Landscape industry.
- Tree/shrub identification skills.
- Valid Drivers license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- 3 years of Forestry, Horticulture, Landscaping or Lawn Applicator Experience (Willing to train the right hire)
- Desire to become a Certified Arborist / Certified Applicator
