Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

**Duties**:

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event planning or coordination is desirable
