**Job Summary**:
Greet guests with a warm and pleasant welcome to the spa, providing an introduction to the facilities, including the location of locker rooms, lounge/salt room, and hospitality stations. Orient guests to the property and its amenities and assist with navigating to and from treatment rooms. Regularly check computer for schedule updates and remain attentive and aware of any changes throughout the day. Maintain the cleanliness of your workstation, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas. Properly dispose of all trash and used linens. Secure all supplies and equipment at the end of your shift. Ensure that towels, linens, supplies, and amenities are well-stocked in the locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management and complete all required safety training and certifications. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets. Always anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with both guests.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a spa or a related field preferred.
- This position requires strong attention to detail the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with La Chíc Bohème Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the business.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with La Chíc Bohème Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient spa operations.
- Utilize a daily checklist to complete projects as assigned.
- Maintain Spa Treatment Rooms, Laundry, Locker Rooms, and keep Salt Room and Sauna areas neat and clean at all times. Dust, rake salt, remove dirty towels replenish beverage and beverage supplies etc.
- Reset Locker area for each new guest.
- Maintain Bathrooms and wet room by checking continuously and keep floors dry at all times.
- Maintain Spa Equipment by cleaning with approved disinfectant products
- Deliver /Replenish clean towels if applicable to assigned sections.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working condition and report all deficiencies to the appropriate manager.
- Complete special projects as assigned by Management.
- Before leaving, collect all trash and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters per spa procedures.
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests fellow Associates and self.
- Handle all guest requests in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.
- Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to the spa standards.
- At the end of the shift turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Front Desk.
- Be familiar with La Chíc Bohème Hospitality policies and procedures.
- Associates must always be attentive friendly helpful and courteous to all guests’, managers and other Associates.
- Vacuum and sweep guest corridors as trained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Spa and linen rooms.
- Attend meetings as required by management.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
