Leasing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the property management industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, ensuring their needs are met throughout the leasing process
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required legal administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Address tenant concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with property maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and any necessary repairs are addressed in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales experience is preferred
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
