**Weekend Home Health (Visits) Registered Nurse**:

**BAYADA Home Health** has an immediate opening for a **Weekend **Registered Nurse (must include Saturdays) **to perform **home health** visits in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living and Independent Living)** This office provides **exceptional medical care to geriatric clients** living in Assisted Living and Independent Living communities in **Wakefield, Woburn, Danvers and surrounding towns.**. One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous Home Health experience is preferred.

**Home Health Visits Registered Nurse Responsibilities**:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's medical needs
- Make visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
**RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications**:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
