**Identity IQ - MUST HAVE**
- 4+ years of exp in IAM
- Control monitoring: looking for failures in IAM tasks (such as access not being removed)
- Communicate with other teams (highest is director level)
- Coordination of process
- SQL (basic level, running scripts)
