**Technology Trainer**

**Part Time 20 hours/week**

SeniorCare is seeking a Part Time Technology Trainer to join our team. In this pivotal role, the Technology Trainer will organize and conduct digital skills classes for older adults and host Technology Office Hours for drop-in support. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking program activities and outcomes, establishing program metrics and conducting evaluations, assisting with accessing affordable internet services, developing training guides, conducting staff and community partner training, and providing backup support to the SeniorCare technology team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in group teaching or training, preferably with experience accommodating different learning styles.
- Knowledge and expertise in the digital technology arena.
- Experience with program management implementation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with those who have little to no experience with technology and who may be experiencing visual, hearing, and/or other challenges.
- Travel throughout SeniorCare’s service area required; must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
