Casting Assistant

**Casting Assistant**
**Full-time**
**Job Duties**:
- Provide organizational and administrative support to Casting Coordinators & Managers
- Interface with agents (with coordinator oversight)
- Create & update project charts, and assist with building presentations
- Answer phones and assist with daily office projects as needed, including live castings
**Qualifications**:
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy and organized
- Comfortable using Google Drive including Google Sheets/Excel
- Able to work in office part-time
- Adaptable with ability to respond to changing priorities/needs with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills and passion for learning in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
