**Position Overview**: As the CEO/CFO of One Structural, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and financial success of our organization. You will lead our executive team, driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in construction management and finance to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent; JD preferred.
- Proven experience in executive leadership.
- Exceptional financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional licenses such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), attorney, and Licensed General Contractor (GC) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with advanced financial modeling techniques and analytical tools including but not limited to QuickBooks.
