Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Grocery Associate to join our team in the retail industry. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Stock and replenish shelves with products following organizational standards
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning aisles, displays, and checkout areas
- Conduct product demos to showcase featured items and promote sales
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and pricing accuracy
- Familiarity with technology sales to assist customers with electronic devices or gadgets
- Knowledge of POS systems to process transactions efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in wireless sales, jewelry sales, or technology sales is a plus

Looking for someone that has at least 1-3 years of experience in supermarket.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
