Foreman/finisher/laborer Needed

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Supervisor/Foreman to join our construction team. As a Labor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the labor crew on construction sites. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the labor crew on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Assign tasks to labor crew members and provide clear instructions
- Train new labor crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and equipment maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues and take appropriate corrective actions

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Experience in pipeline construction is preferred but not required
