**Magnolia LLC is looking for an Electrical Technician for the 3rd shift.**

**SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS**:
**Ensures the operation of the plant facilities, machinery, and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on machines and installations, following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.**

**DUTIES**

Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.**
- **
Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations**.
- ** Ensures the operation of machinery and plant facility. Controls down time by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques, monitoring compliance.**:

- ** Completion of plant weekly and production down day assignments and record all tasks in our maintenance preventive care form.**:

- ** Share technical skills with new employees.**:

- ** Determines dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting the used parts using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.**:

- ** Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring, and testing instruments. **Removes defective parts and adjusts functional parts by dismantling and assembling devices.**:

- ** Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.**:

- ** Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.**:

- ** Comply with the quality assurance regulations, SQF, and food safety.**:

- ** Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with the procedures, rules, and regulations.**:

- ** Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.**:

- ** Dress appropriately and wear all required personal protective equipment assigned (PPE).**:

- ** Use lockout/tag out devices and procedures as required.**:

- ** Compliance with the quality system, food safety, and SQF procedures.
