The Chief Operating Office (COO) plays a critical role in leading Citi’s Transformation initiatives, which represent the bank’s top priorities globally at an enterprise-wide level. The Finance Transformation Program Management Senior Analyst will align with the Finance Transformation Leads to support delivery of the team’s book of work including quality control of the design and execution of regulatory commitments under the Consent Order.

The Finance Program Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Finance Transformation Leads to ensure that regulatory commitments are evaluated for their effectiveness and quality of scope, design, plans and execution. This includes driving consistent reporting and processes; analyzing data; monitoring and tracking the upcoming book of work; creating reports and assisting other team members in complying with the process requirements as mandated by the Transformation Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates and prepares for meetings, work activities and other such related tasks
- Supports planning, directing and coordinating the day-to-day activities involved in discussions or reviews of stakeholder delivered documentation (including but not limited to Scoping documents)
- Confirms and ensures that TLQC documentation aligns to process requirements
- Manages, updates and maintains recordkeeping documentation to ensure an audit ready environment which includes and is not limited to, documenting key meetings, as needed
- Maintains and/or update applicable logs and/or databases to reflect approved decisions, and/or status changes
- Supports the preparation and maintenance of progress and status reports for planning, direction, execution, and monitoring of day-to-day activities related to TLQC
- Monitors reports to ensure appropriate process steps are followed by stakeholders
- Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards
- Participates in the identification, timely communication and escalation of issues and risks to the TLQC team
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience, preferably some experience in transformation roles
- Experience with tracking, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of data
- Self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage with colleagues at all levels
- Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of processes and controls, internal audit and regulatory validation of risk management capabilities and experience preferred along with a strong business understanding of the Citi products and services
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Teams
- Intellect, curiosity, rigor, and the ability to combine a perspective of the big picture with the attention to detail important attributes
