**Field Service Appliance Repair Technician**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, service and repair various consumer appliances in-home.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality service and results.
- Maintain electronic service records and parts inventory.
- Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines.
- Manage assigned truck stock inventory and the maintenance schedule of an assigned service van.
- Must be able to accept remote dispatching through an electronic device.
- Meet productivity and efficiency goals as established.
- Comply with policies and programs set by ASC.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle with unwavering attention to safety.
- A minimum of 2 years of appliance repair experience or related expertise.
- A demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of electricity, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Must be self-directed and be able to work reasonable overtime.
- EPA Certificate not required but preferred
- Diligent use of proper safety procedures and constant awareness for personal safety and safety of others.
- Ability lifting of objects, up to 75 lbs.
- Pushing/pulling and moving of major appliances
JOB TYPE:
Full-time
PAY:
**SIGN ON BONUS $1000.00**
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
