**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic math knowledge including fractions is required for an accurate tape measure reading.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Preferred: Able to pass Forklift certification and LP gas certification tests

Work Requirements
- _ Physical activity includes_: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion.
- _ Physical requirements_: Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to lift / load up to 100 pounds from ground level to a height of approximately 4 feet.
- _ Visual acuity requirements_: Lumber team members are required to have the visual acuity to accurately measure and cut building materials. They must be able to operate machines such as forklifts, LPG filling equipment, and power saws where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach as well as performing mechanical or skilled trades tasks of a non-repetitive nature such as a carpenter, plumber, painter, mechanic, etc. Lumber team members are required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. They are required to have acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned and make general observations of facilities or structures.
- _ Required Equipment operations_: Lumberyard team members must operate various cutting saws, Forklift, LPG filling station, pallet jack. Must be able to climb up and down ladders using 3 points of contact.
