**Responsibilities**:

- Provide project and program management for SETO initiatives focused on improving access to solar through financing and other solutions for low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIDACs) including with programs like the National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP) and other newly developed initiatives.
- Leverage expertise in solar project development, financing, consumer protections, utility and state programs, and energy policy to support strategic planning and the creation of new programs and initiatives to expand access to the meaningful benefits of solar, storage, and other distributed resources.
- Collaborate across DOE offices, national labs, and other federal agencies and partners to develop resources and tools that support equitable access to solar, solar + storage, and other distributed energy resources.
- Provide project management, performance monitoring, documentation, and progress assessment for greater solar energy access.
- Support the execution of partner and stakeholder engagement activities, including partner collaborative management, virtual and in-person convenings, workshops, conferences, and other events.
- Support SETO in the development, review, and execution of programming on solar equity and distributed energy resources.
- Knowledge of areas related to solar energy workforce such as the current state of training in the industry, future industry needs, the intersection of solar workforce and other technologies and how training is developed and disseminated, as well as the ability to identify and develop plans for new areas of potential programming related to workforce or soft costs more broadly.
- Knowledge of the solar energy workforce, its makeup, relevant worker organizations and how it can be made more representative and be more equitable related to access to training in underserved communities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-10 years of direct hands-on relevant experience.
- Direct experience of solar industry project development needs, particularly for community solar and low-income residential solar located in or benefiting low income and disadvantaged communities (LIDAC) more broadly.
- Knowledge of solar project financing structures, proforma development, alternative value stack approaches.
- Knowledge of solar and related technology adoption by low to moderate-income individuals (LMI), frontline communities, transitioning communities, and individuals with high energy burdens, and businesses in underserved areas; and the ability to develop programming and provide technical assistance to drive more equitable solar adoption.
- Demonstrated oral/written skills and interpersonal skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions, U.S. Citizen or Permanent US Resident.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Successful drug screening.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Direct solar deployment experience.
- Experience with solar project development and financing.
- Experience with consumer education, outreach, and protection.
- Experience working with low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIDAC).
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to engage them in program activities and objectives.
- Experience supporting government (federal, state, or local) programs regarding market transformation and the dissemination of programmatic data tracking and analysis.
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and confident.
- Flexibility in adapting
