**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director to lead our educational team and oversee the daily operations of our preschool program. **Responsibilities**: - Provide visionary leadership to the preschool staff and create a positive learning environment for children. - Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young learners. - Manage the preschool budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately. - Collaborate with teachers to design curriculum and educational activities that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and provide guidance for professional development. - Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe and clean learning environment for children. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in education administration, with a focus on early childhood education. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators. - Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources. - Proficiency in strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in educational programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, parents, and stakeholders.

Pay: $50,667.00 - $53,746.00 per year
