Bartender

Longmeadow Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellent member experiences. A good bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that will exceed members' needs and expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members
- Interact with members, take orders and serve meals and drinks
- Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Open and close bar according to club standards
- Stay member focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Skills**
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- POS experience
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
