Monday - Friday with occasional overtime and Saturday hours
1st Shift - 06:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd Shift - 02:30 pm - 11:30 pm

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate an up-cut saw that is run by an Estiframe computer cutting system.
- Operate a Safety Speed vertical panel saw.
- Ensure that all cuts are accurate and meet the required specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the saws.
- Maintain and clean the saws regularly.
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise during the operation of the saws.
- Work in a team environment to ensure that production goals are met.
**Education**:
- High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
**Work Authorization**
- All prospective Impact Housing employees need to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a saw operator, preferably with both up-cut saw and vertical saw.
- Knowledge of computerized cutting systems, such as Estiframe.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 80 lbs.; includes body weight, equipment, tools, and boxes.
**COMPENSATION**
- Competitive hourly range of $19-21 depending on skills and experience.
