Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in aesthetic terminology
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection

A background in aesthetics is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
