- Neuro Exercise Specialist Position**

Movement Revolution is a medical fitness program. We’re looking for skilled clinical exercise professionals with experience in working with neurological populations such as Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, brain injury, Alzheimer’s disease, and other complex medical conditions. Movement Revolution is a progressive and fast-growing company looking to add enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate coaches and leaders.

**Purpose of the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead personal training and group exercise programs for persons with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain injury, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, and other progressive neurological conditions.
- The NES must be comfortable and effective working both 1:1 (In-Home and In-Studio) as well as leading groups.
- Effectively communicate the “why, what, and how” behind each class/session with a high level of energy, inspiration, and education.
- Perform detailed fitness evaluations, needs/wants analysis, tracking, and reporting progress to foster deep understanding leading to highly personalized and effective wellness programs for the clients.
- Continual data tracking and analysis of assessments, to ensure effective client program engagement, evolution, and progress awareness.
- Integrate and manage heart rate tracking software with classes and sessions.
- Manage client and class schedules, enrollments, and payments.
- The Coach is expected to be passionate about the industry and their client's wellbeing and therefore continually engaged in the latest industry and research advancements relevant to their work.
- The Coach coaches their clients in the latest, relevant, research and advancements in the areas of exercise, nutrition, and social psychology.
- The Coach is expected to continually strive to improve our programs and classes, with a proactive approach to developing suggestions on where and how to improve, inclusive of entirely new program elements.

**Education and Experience**
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion or equivalent is required.
- Current ACSM or NSCA Certification (CEP, HFS, CSCS, CPT) preferred.
- Advanced specialized certifications (CIFT, CSPS, FMS, PD-related certs.) preferred.
- Experience working with special populations (Neurological disorders and other disabilities) is highly desired.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
