**Assistant Manager Job Description**

Customer focus
- Represents the business in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintains excellent customer relations, identifies and resolves customer concerns and complaints

Operational focus:

- Ensures that the property looks pristine - roadway, cones, signs and terminals are clean, and customers are greeted with a smile
- Follows equipment maintenance procedures
- Maintains budgeted operational costs
- Keeps records and runs daily reports for sales, inventory, equipment maintenance, supplies, employee time and cash
- Monitors and ensures correct chemical usage
- Completes all required written reports efficiently and on time
- Proactively manages and follows-up on incidents
- Engages in any other activities that are required to meet the accountabilities and expectations for this role

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Car Wash Assistant Manager or Manager’s role
- High School Diploma or higher
- Mechanical aptitude, previous experience with hand and power tools
- Outgoing, personable, energetic, positive, friendly, clean, responsible, and strong passion for customer service
- Clear, effective communication skills. Must know fluent English. Bilingual skills desirable
- Ability to follow processes, dependable, display courteous and professional attitude
- Must have reliable transport, be punctual and quality oriented
- Previous retail, customer-service, or car wash experience a plus
- Willing to work various schedules such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift and work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Proficient skill level with hand and power tools is a plus

Salary**:$13.00 - $17.00 per hour**, (based on skill and experience) **plus potential to earn 30% in commissions**

Schedule:

- 8 - 12-hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Katy, TX : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person - Katy or other location as required by management.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
