**In this role, you will**:

- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with social media team and stakeholders
- Provide insightful feedback to content submitters.
- Build knowledge of assigned industry and of Vanguard products, processes, and/or services. Researches new topics as necessary.
- Contribute to and oversee content creation from the planning or draft stage to completion
- Assist with evaluating and fine-tuning project scope, content strategy, requirements, and deadlines.
- Learn and execute Vanguard writing style and standards.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**What it takes**:

- Minimum three years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A writing background
- Experience with content development across multiple channels
- Ability to thrive in a high-performing, close-knit creative team and partner well with strategists and product owners

**Specializations that make an impact**:

- Agency experience preferred
- Financial background not required, but considered a plus
