Hospitality Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This position includes serving guests in our drive-thru during ALL times of the day, including during mild inclement weather conditions.

- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be willing/able to work outside during significant portions of your shift, including during mild inclement weather (Snow, Rain, Hot, and Cold conditions)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
