**What You Will Do**:

- Manage real estate transactions.
- Ensure all documents are properly prepared and executed.
- Facilitate the transfer of property ownership.

**What You Need to be Qualified**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience as an Escrow Officer.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions and related regulations.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
