Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct aquatic aerobics classes for various fitness levels and ages.Instruct participants on proper exercise techniques to avoid injuries and maximize benefits.
Create and maintain a positive and motivating environment for class participants.
Monitor participants’ progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues or incidents to the facility management.
Assist with the maintenance and organization of pool equipment and supplies.
Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.Previous experience teaching aquatic fitness classes is preferred.
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

- After school

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
