Client Ambassador/front Desk

Stretch Lab is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Ambassador to join our team. As a Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing studio operations, and creating a positive experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Check clients in for appointments and ensure they have a seamless experience
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio reception area
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Promote Stretch Lab services and packages to clients
- Collaborate with stretch practitioners to coordinate client appointments and ensure client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
