We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives. **Position Details**:
**_ PED Patient_**
- **Acuity Level: G/J-tube, Seizures**:

- **Location: Chandler (85224)**:

- **Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-4p (DAY SHIFTS)**

**_ About case:_** Patient is an pediatric female who is needing help 5 days a week. These are 8 hour shifts, The patient has a g/j-tube and seizures. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's

**_ (We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
