**RESUMEN DE TRABAJO**: El técnico de control de calidad es una parte fundamental del sistema de calidad y seguridad alimentaria de la planta y es responsable de monitorear, documentar y hacer cumplir las políticas, además de capacitar a los miembros clave del equipo y tomar medidas correctivas críticas cuando sea necesario. El rol del técnico es muy práctico y altamente interactivo en un entorno de producción acelerado y en constante cambio. La capacidad de evaluar rápidamente el riesgo, liderar un equipo hasta un punto de decisión y garantizar que se ejecuten los planes son habilidades críticas necesarias para desempeñar esta función. **Días: Lunes a Viernes** **Horas: 3:15 am - Hasta que se termine la produccion.** **LOS DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES** incluyen los siguientes: Se pueden asignar otros deberes. Realizar tareas de inspección preoperacional según sea necesario. (Inspecciones visuales, hisopos ATP/APC). Supervisar los controles de proceso (PCC, control de alérgenos, control de materiales extraños, requisitos de etiquetado, integridad del paquete y especificaciones del producto) para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los programas de calidad e inocuidad de los alimentos. Realice la recolección de muestras según sea necesario para pruebas microbiológicas o químicas (APC, estafilococos, LAB, EB, grasas, humedad, proteínas). Solucionar problemas y tomar las medidas correctivas adecuadas cuando se produzcan desviaciones. Documente, supervise y analice datos para impulsar la mejora continua. Realizar auditorías de calidad (AQL) para garantizar que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones. Investigue los comentarios de los clientes y los incidentes internos y responda con prontitud. Supervisar a los empleados para determinar una conducta laboral adecuada, incluidas, entre otras, las GMP, los SOP y los SSP. Revisar la documentación para verificar la precisión y el cumplimiento de todos los programas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria. Interactuar habitualmente con el personal de inspección del USDA FSIS y los equipos de gestión de planta (producción, mantenimiento, envío/almacenamiento). Revisar metas mensuales y proyectos de mejora continua con supervisores de aseguramiento de calidad. Trabajar en la mejora continua acordada. Realizar otras tareas que le asigne el Supervisor de Aseguramiento de Calidad.
