**Bookkeeper & Commission Processor**

This is a full-time position for Naples, FL

**The Firm**:

**Position for hire**:
The Bookkeeper & Commission Processor is responsible for recording daily commission transactions for sales agents, while maintaining a variety of general ledger accounts and assisting the accounting team with A/R and A/P.

This is an on-site administrative position focused on a high volume of transactions and daily data entries.
- Process daily commissions for sales agents
- Scanning and filing
- Multiple account and daily batch reconciliation
- Maintain appropriate GL accounts with accuracy
- Prepare ACH payouts for sales agents
- Maintain liabilities and vendor payables
- A/R and credit card processing
- Update customer and vendor accounts
- Assist with 1099 preparation
- Self-Organized and detail oriented
- Work with the file compliance team to ensure efficiency
- Assist Senior Accountant as needed

**Skills and Software Requirements**
- Real Estate bookkeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Strong administrative skills
- Clear and professional communication methods
- Strong computer skills - proficient with Office365 and MS Suite Outlook, Excel, Word and QuickBooks Online, Merchant Solutions systems
- Proficient with ACH bank processing
- Embrace department deadlines, policies, and procedures
- Ability to manage high volume of transactions and self-manage
- Ability to problem solve effectively
