**_ Now Hiring_**_ a _**_Clinical Supervisor_**_ for our _**_newest Detox and Residential treatment facility_**_, opening in_ _**_Norfolk, VA._**_- **What **You'll** Do**:

- Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
- Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What **We're** Looking For**:

- Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
- 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
- Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
