**Duties**:

- Enter and Update Cargo Reservations using Airline's Cargo Reservation System
- Verify capacity, routings and plan and prioritize the FBL and Priority List for each flight
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Respond to Track and Trace requests
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience from international freight forwarding or with an airline in cargo or passenger customer service, or sales or handling is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken and reading)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Familiarity with IATA rules, airport codes, and international geography
- Good math skills and ability to work with software tools such as Excel, or Word

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
