Parking & Campground Attendants

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth parking operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Direct customers to available parking spaces
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas
- Monitor parking lots for any unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activities
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Provide valet parking services when required
- Drive vehicles to designated parking areas if necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math
- Experience with valet parking is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
