Overview:
What you'll do at UiPath:

- Lead the development of comprehensive GTM plans for assigned product categories across all organizations. Examples include:

- Revenue Goals & Metrics: Collaborate with Sales Ops to understand and translate revenue targets into actionable steps.
- Partner Strategy: Work with the Partner VP to determine partner contribution to revenue goals and develop strategies to maximize partner impact.
- Marketing & Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement teams to ensure effective messaging, lead generation, and sales team preparedness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- GTM Execution & Tracking: Oversee the implementation of the GTM plan, track progress against goals, and adjust as needed.
- Escalation Management: Be the single point of contact for any GTM-related roadblocks and lead the process of resolving them effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze GTM performance metrics and present insights to leadership, identifying areas for improvement.

What you'll bring to the team:

- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM, strategy, sales enablement, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies that have driven revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and associated metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
- Project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to the company's success.

- Experience with category management principles.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Pay Transparency:

- The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $187,500 and $281,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis._
