This hourly (non-exempt) temporary position is responsible for a variety of functions within the loan processing and closing department to assist the daily operations and help with special projects where needed.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and/or deliver miscellaneous documents and disclosures as dictated by regulation and/or business needs.
- Print and/or process various departmental reports as needed.
- Complete OFAC searches as needed at least weekly.
- Support the efforts of the Retail Loan Department with activities and projects as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- General office skills required with general/basic computer skills including accurate data entry, word processing and database reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with professional behavior mandatory at all times.
- This is a temporary part-time position with a maximum of 25 hours per week with some flexibility in the schedule, based on the volume of work and the employee’s availability.
