Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Pay: $17.30 - $20.52 per hour
