We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is passionate about the events industry and has a proven track record in managing and scaling businesses. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continued success of Ricky's Party Rentals.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities and Objectives**:
**Operational Efficiency**:Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. Streamline processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.

**Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate tracking, timely restocking, and mínimal losses. Implement systems to manage and optimize inventory levels.

**Logistics and Fleet Management**: Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient event setups. Develop a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the reliability of our fleet.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Improve customer service processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and customers.

**Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and timely deliveries. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

**Financial Performance**: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

**Continuous Improvement**:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure Ricky's Party Rentals remains competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a business with comparable revenue and resources.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relatedfield (preferred but not required).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
