**Registered Nurse/RN II - Pre-Assessment PRN Days**

**Work location**:Texas Health Southlake - 1545 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092

**Work hours**:PRN “as needed” Days 7am-7pm - no calls or weekends

This position does not include medical benefits

**Pre-Assessment Surgery Department Highlights**:

**Here’s What You Need**:

- Nursing Diploma required or
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- Surgery experience preferred
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
