Solar Installer

We are hiring for all positions for Solar installation crews. Big Wave Solar department works to bring clean and affordable energy products to homeowners in the state of New Jersey. Big Wave Solar is going to be opening up offices across New Jersey with an on going need to fill installation crews. Looking for all levels of experience. **Requirements**:

- Experience with leading and developing team members
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and other similar roofing and electrical equipment
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Solar Technicians: 1 year (preferred)
- Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Freehold, NJ 07728: Relocate before starting work (required)
