**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and upbeat Retention Specialist who is passionate about fitness and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will play a crucial role in retaining our clients by creating positive interactions and promoting the long-term benefits of our services. Your goal will be to ensure our clients remain motivated and satisfied, helping them to stay on track with their physical therapy and fitness goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in client appreciation events and workshops that reinforce community and client commitment to their health goals.
- Monitor client activity and progress to identify risk factors for disengagement and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with the therapy and fitness teams to tailor interventions and support based on individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and feedback to aid in continuous service improvement.
- Offer insights and feedback to the management team on potential improvements to client services and engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in healthcare or fitness industries is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A high level of enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, with a personal commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry skills.
